Adult learners aren’t kids. They bring a lifetime of context, opinion, and time pressure to anything you put in front of them. That changes how civics has to be taught.
We rely on instructional-design principles that respect the audience: tight scope, real-world hooks, and a clear “why should I care” connection on every card. The goal is for someone reading at a festival or laundromat to walk away with one durable idea.
